The delivery charge will be borne by the customer and is payable upon delivery.

Installation guidance will be provided via video call, as the machine comes pre-installed from the factory in a single configuration.

Our product comes with a 2-year full machine warranty, ensuring that you are covered against manufacturing defects and malfunctions during this period. However, it's important to note that certain components and conditions are not included in this warranty:

Maintenance Parts: Items like the pressing plate and heater are not covered under the warranty as they are considered consumable parts subject to regular wear and tear.

Physical Damage: Any damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or accidents is not included in the warranty coverage.

Transportation Damage: Any damage that occurs during the transportation of the product is also not covered under this warranty.
